Complaints

We hope that any worries or concerns can be sorted out quickly and informally. If you have a concern about the school, we encourage you to speak to your child’s class teacher in the first instance, as this often helps resolve issues at an early stage.

If the concern cannot be resolved, a member of the Leadership Team will arrange a meeting with you to listen carefully and work together to agree a way forward. If needed, this will be followed by a meeting with the Head Teacher.

If, after completing these steps, a resolution has still not been reached, the complaint will be referred to the Governing Body, who will review the matter in line with the school’s procedures.

If your complaint relates to the Education Authority rather than the school, please contact the Director of Learning, based at County Hall North in Chichester.
