Cleaner

Exciting Opportunity!

We are seeking a number of cleaners, to work within a team, to ensure the cleanliness of our School.

The appointed person(s) will be proactive, enthusiastic and confident, together with an attitude focussed towards maintaining a high standard, whilst maintaining effective standards of health and safety and security of the school site

Duties include:

• Cleaning communal areas, offices, toilets and classrooms within the school site

• Ensuring satisfactory levels of cleaning and hygiene are achieved

• Ensuring the security of the school site

• Ensuring health and safety of both staff and premises

• Managing COSHH

• Undertaking deep cleans, as directed

Previous cleaning experience is preferable. The ability to commit to the hours, 5 days a week, is essential.

Salary is Grade 1 (now equivalent to Grade 2) + Crawley Allowance

Holiday taken with the consultation of the Cleaning Supervisor/Premises Manager and usually during School Holidays.
