School Christmas Fair is tomorrow!
Thank you all for your generous donations. If you still have anything you would like to donate the school will be open from 10am on Saturday morning. Most importantly don’t forget to come along from 12 noon.

Tickets for the Christmas Shows are now available – a letter has been sent home, please complete and return. The dates are:

  • 11th December – Lower School
  • 12th December – Upper school

The whole school will have Christmas Dinner together on Tuesday 16th December. This will be the same price as a normal school meal (£2.20). If your child normally receives a Free School Meal there will be no charge. Christmas Dinner will be followed by a visit from
Father Christmas We will be asking you to send in a wrapped and labelled gift for your child to the value of £5. Details of both these events to follow.

On November 30th every Toys R Us store in the UK will be holding an Autism Friendly and additional needs exclusive shopping event! With reduced fluorescent lighting, no loud music or tannoy announcements and all staff provided with some parent led autism awareness training this should be a wonderful chance to enjoy some Christmas shopping with your children! This event is exclusively for parents with additional needs children. The store will be open 9.am till 11am with tills opening at 11am due to Sunday trading restrictions. Staff will make sure there is quick efficient access to tills for payment or offer to hold trolleys till an appropriate time if you wish to pop out and return to pay.

School Photographs. If you haven’t returned your order yet Monday morning really is your last chance as they will be collected from the school later that day. Although late orders can still be processed they may incur an extra charge and may not be back before the Christmas Break.

May I remind you of the SALT coffee morning at Manor Green Courtyard on Wednesday 3rd December 9:00 to 11:00 am. This will be a good opportunity to meet the Speech and Language team for nursery, primary and college, get advice about supporting your child’s speech and language development at home and meet other parents with children at your child’s school.

The building work is progressing well. As you may have noticed, Kiers have now started work on the car park extension on the roundabout. This will have no effect on the drop off and collection of the children.
