The school needs to tighten our security by insisting that all visitors including parents must get permission from a member of the office team before they can enter the school. A member of the office staff will come round to the door and let anyone in. Please do not tail gate behind someone else. The transport team have also been advised about this and they are expected to follow the same procedure. May I also take this opportunity to remind everyone that mobile phones must not be used in school. Thanks for your support.

Parking. Please do not park across the end of the disabled bays when you are picking up or dropping off, even if you think you will only be a minute!

This week we found out that we won the Tesco Bags of Help counter collection – a huge thank you to all of you, your families and friends for voting for us and helping us to win!

Wheels for Wellbeing is a bike scheme at the BMX track at the Cherry Lane playground for children with disabilities. On Fridays and Saturdays. Helmets and specially adapted bikes are available. For more information please go to WheelsForWellbeing@crawley.gov.uk

Moving Barriers is a weekly sports club for children with disabilities, every Friday evening at K2. You can find them on Facebook at www.facebook.com/movingbarriersclub

Next week is Autism Awareness Week. There will be many events and activities going on around the school for the children. On Wednesday (29th March) there is a coffee morning in the Courtyard for Parents and Carers. Taster Indian head and arm massages will be available. Please let us know if you will be attending. Friday will be a non uniform day – we would like the children to wear either Pink/purple, pyjamas/onsies or clothes that reflect their special interest (ie. Thomas the Tank Engine, football kit, Frozen). If you can make a donation of £1 (or more!) we will pass it on to the
National Autistic Society. Many thanks.
