May we remind you that we are a nut free school. We have a child at school with a severe nut allergy so it is vital that packed lunches and snacks for all children do not contain any nuts, peanut butter or nutella.

A behaviour workshop for parents will be held at school on Tuesday 12th May. 9.30 – 11.30am. If you would like to book a place or need more information please contact Jan Smith.

We still have some more books of raffle tickets. If you think you may be able to sell more tickets please let us know and we will send you some. Once you have sold your tickets please return the money and the stubs to the school office, and return unsold tickets so that we can sell them elsewhere.

Plans are underway for the School Fair on Saturday 27th June—make sure you put the date in your diary.

As the weather improves your child may need a named sun-hat and sun-cream for outside play.

After school clubs will start again next Tuesday. You will be notified which club your child will be doing.

Our Year 6 children will be going on their residential trip to Hindleap Warren on Tuesday morning. This is a fantastic opportunity for the children to try all sorts of new and exciting activities with their friends.

A reminder to parents and carers with children in Lilac and Little Acorns Classes. For these two classes there will be no school on Thursday 30th April for the reasons outlined in my letter of last week.

You should have received information about the Autism Awareness Day at Manor Green College on Tuesday 5th May. Some of the sessions and the crèche have limited places so you will need to call the college and book on to avoid disappointment. Their number is 01293 520351.
