Welcome back everyone – we hope you had a lovely Easter Break. We have a very busy term ahead of us with lots of exciting trips and activities planned. Please don’t forget as the weather gets warmer your child may need a sun hat and sun cream for outdoor play.
We will be starting our transition visits to Manor Green College for Year 6 children that will move on at the end of this term. There will also be regular lunchtime visits:
- Walk around with Sue Norton – Thursday may 14th
- Half day afternoon – Wednesday 17th June
- Half day morning – Wednesday 1st July
- Full day – Wednesday 8th July.
After School Clubs will begin again on 28th April – letters will be sent home shortly.
On 22nd May we will be taking part in Onsie Wednesday for Autism Awareness. If your child does not have a onsie PJ’s would be perfect. We are suggesting a voluntary donation of £1. If your child is on a school trip please can they wear normal school uniform.
On Tuesday 5th May there will be an Autism Awareness Day at Manor Green College with workshops and guest speakers. If you would like to book any of the workshops of a place in the crèche please call the college on 520351.
Time Aside Sensory Art sessions for children with disabilities and their families will be holding sessions at The Glebe Centre in Crawly Down on Sat 25th April–10.30am-12.30pm.
There will be a Family Fun Day at K2 in Crawley on Sunday 26th April 10am-4pm. There is no need to book–for more information please call K2.
Free swimming lessons for children with disabilities are available in Burgess Hill. If you would like to find out more please e-mail email@example.com with your child’s home post code, age and disability.
Sussex Prisoners’ Families hold a monthly support group coffee morning for those affected by imprisonment on Thursday 14th May, 9th July and 6th Aug at the Bewbush Children
