To celebrate Team GB’s fantastic success at the Paralympics we will be having our very own Paralympics day on Monday. Please send your child to school in sports clothes, anything they like, or take part in, or just their favourite sport to help us get in the spirit.

Starting from Monday (19th Sept.) we will be opening the doors five minutes earlier at the end of the day at 3.05pm. to try and ease the traffic congestion and the flow of school transport. The children’s teaching and learning will not be effected as they will continue to be taught to the time in the afternoons.

If you have any concerns regarding transport that you need to discuss with a member of staff at school please talk to James Harvey or, if appropriate, the transport team at West Sussex County Council on 01243 753533. Safeguarding issues should also be referred to James, or if he is unavailable to Amanda Preece. If you would like assistance with issues regarding the therapists (ie. SALT, physio, O.T) please also speak to Amanda, who will be available on Thursdays and Fridays.

If your child has moved up from Year 2 to Year 3 they will no longer be entitled to universal free school meals and you will need to pay for their school lunches at £2.20 per day. If you think you may be entitled to free school meals please ask for an application form from the school office.
