Harvest Festival Week
Next week is Harvest Festival Week. Please can you donate packets of seeds—especially carrots, onions, tomatoes and cabbages. We will be sending the seeds to Africa to support farmers and their families. In addition if you would like to donate long life food items, such as tins, rice, pasta etc. we will pass them on to the local food banks.
On Wednesday 15th November our school photographer will be in taking pictures of the children. If you do not wish for your child to have a professional school photo taken, please make sure the teacher is aware.
Phoning your child in sick
Please let the school know as soon as you can if your child is not coming to school that day on the number below. If we are not able to get to the phone, then please leave a message on the answering machine clearly stating your child’s name, class and reason for not being in school. It is important that you do not send your child into school until after 48 hours of the last bout of vomiting or diarrhoea.
Horsham Children’s Club
The National Autistic Society Club in Horsham is open to all children with Autism. They help children to have fun, grow and develop communication and social skills along with their confidence. This is held every Thursday 17:30-19:30. If you are interested, please contact the NAS on 01483 521743 or email SEResourceCentres@nas.org.uk
Please may we ask you to drive carefully into the school car park at all times. When parking at school please be mindful that we have designated pick up/drop off bays which must remain vacant. If you collect your child outside of usual school hours, please be aware that school buses will need to be able to manoeuvre around the grounds without obstruction.
